Monitoring solution for road tanker
Our sensor and instrument products in the form of Internet of Things can be quickly connected to the cloud platform system, realize the monitoring through computers and mobile phones simultaneously. Our instruments are suitable for measuring multiple parameters of LNG, LO2, LN2, LAr, LCO2, LN2O and other low-temperature medium compatible with 316 stainless steel. They are suitable for installation and use of cryogenic tank, ISO tank, road tanker, mini tank and other equipment. Users can gather information such as liquid level, pressure, location, gas leakage and temperature of the tank container on real time and set alert value on their own to realize real-time alert. Thus, they can effectively increase the monitoring of pressure vessel, improve equipment safety, realize unattended operation, reduce input costs, thereby improving productivity.
According to the different principles of liquid level measurements, there are capacitance liquid level measurement and differential pressure liquid level measurement. The accuracy of the two measurement methods is different. The following two products are recommended: wireless remote transmission composite transmitter (capacitance) and differential wireless remote transmission composite transmitter (differential pressure).

According to different application scenarios, other monitoring products can also be installed on the road tanker. The following DST8851 differential pressure instrument is recommended for installation.
